The Nigeria’s leading Anti-graft agency, Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) is set to investigate some of its officers who were alleged of building houses in Lagos.

we gathered that a Twitter user said he has information about EFCC officials building big houses in Lagos.

The EFCC, through its Twitter handle, therefore said the user should provide information on the officers so that EFCC can probe them using its internal affairs department.

we had previously reported that one of the top officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abubakar Madaki, was allegedly caught up in massive corruption practices.

it was gathered that Madaki was reportedly indicted for corrupt practices after documents showing huge purchases of properties came up.

Madaki retired as a Superintendent of police in 2009 before he was recalled back by the current EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu.

It was reported that Madaki reportedly acquired several properties worth billions of Naira during his term before retiring and when he was recalled back by Magu

In one of its tweets on its official handle, EFCC said it would investigate some of its indicted officers over allegation of houses in Lagos
